U seriji blog postova na Th!nk3 platformi, između ostalih, napisala sam još dva vezana za medije. U jednom se bavim kubanskom blogerkom Yoani Sanchez, a u najnovijem time kako se mediji bave, a kako bi mogli, klimatskim promenama.
"The Eastern European Internet is getter bigger and richer, but quality online news is fighting for survival," piše Marius Dragomir ovih dana u češkom Transitions Online. I dodaje: "Alarmingly for the media industry, the Gemius and IAB survey – which covered 12 countries in the region – also indicated that on average, only one or two established media outlets appear among the 10 most popular websites in each country."
Srbija nije uključena u ovo istraživanje (od naših suseda bavili su se samo Hrvatskom). Ipak, rezultati pretrage najposećenijih sajtova u Srbiji na Alexi, međunarodnom meraču internet saobraćaja, pokazuju isti trend i u Srbiji. Najposećeniji su Google, Facebook, You Tube, Google.rs, Yahoo, Wikipedia, B92, Blic, Blogger, Windows Live.
Ako se pogledaju rezultati samo sajtova iz Srbije, rezultati su sledeći:
B92, Blic, Krstarica, Limundo, Infostud, Polovni automobili, Press, Mondo, Naslovi, Poznanici.
Dakle, vesti u (širem) regionu nisu pioritet, a što se budućnosti i online novinarstva tiče, evo zaključka iz teksta sa početka:
"We have good indications of what the future will bring to the Internet in Eastern Europe, but it’s still difficult to say what it will mean for online journalism. What is clear is that the next five or so years will be a crucial period for the online media to win readers. This means investment. Without it, in several years, the Internet in most of the region might turn into a news-free web."
